What are the 5 Tibetan Rites?
The 5 Tibetan Rites, also known as the "Fountain of Youth," are a series of five exercises that are meant to be repeated 21 times. (Don't worry if that sounds a lot, you can build up these repetitions over time.)
They increase mobility and help the body stay flexible as we age. Research has also emerged that flexibility of our spine predicts the flexibility of our arteries. Therefore, a daily practice centered on spine flexibility, like the Tibetans, could keep your arteries in a youthful state.
These are one of my top 5 recommended therapy tools for life. I recommend you do them in the morning when you wake up. They offer so many physical, emotional and spiritual benefits ( not just for fertility). The teachings say that aside from physical walking each day, these are all you need to keep fit for life.
