Who I Am and What Brought Me to this Work

Hi, I’m Sarah Jons.

Over 25 years ago, I struggled with infertility after turning 30. Back then, I didn’t have the tools I have now—like hypnosis, breathwork, or an understanding of the nervous system and trauma.

After a difficult pregnancy that ended in the stillbirth of one of my twin daughters, I never got pregnant again. I now understand why, but I’ve made peace with it.

Since then, through my twin daughter’s survival and my own journey, I found my way into this work, helping women on their infertility paths. I’m now a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, Master NLP Practitioner, Transformational Breath® Trainer and Somatic Educator.

For over a decade, I’ve specialised in supporting women with fertility challenges—many of whom have gone on to conceive against all odds, whether naturally or through IVF, even those in their early 50s.

Seeing the incredible impact these complementary modalities can have, I’ve put together a 5-week programme designed to empower you with better fertility wellbeing and a positive growth mindset.

This isn’t just theory—it’s steeped in science, and I’ve seen these methods work time and time again.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Week 1: Foundations of Fertility Healing

In Week 1, we’ll begin by laying a solid foundation for your fertility positive healing journey, focusing on mindset shifts, emotional clarity, and the energetic connection between your body and mind. 

By the end of Week 1, you’ll have a deeper awareness of the connection between your thoughts, energy, and body, and you’ll start adopting practices to nurture your fertility from the inside out. This week sets the stage for the transformative work ahead.

  • The Power of Self-Healing: Learn how intention, beliefs, kindness, and action form the foundation of your fertility healing, and how small mindset shifts can make a big difference.
  • Recognising the Impact of Stress: Understand how fertility challenges can create emotional stress and overwhelm, and learn simple steps to begin healing past imprints that affect your nervous system.
  • Letting Go of Control: Shift from trying to control every aspect of your fertility to focusing on what you can influence—your mindset, daily choices, and emotional wellbeing.
  • The Role of Self Energy: Discover how everything in the universe, including your body, is made up of energy, and how tapping into this invisible energy can unlock your body’s natural ability to heal.
  • Harnessing Intention: Understand how setting intentions can create a powerful shift in your fertility journey and help you move beyond limiting beliefs.

In Week 2, we’ll focus on creating separation from the past and healing what’s stored in the body, helping you release anything that might be holding you back on your fertility journey.  Here’s what we’ll cover:   

  • Understanding Trauma & Fertility: Learn how trauma can be stored in the body and how it affects fertility. We'll explore how feeling unsafe can create a barrier to conception. 
  • Somatic & Subconscious Healing: Through simple somatic and subconscious tools, you’ll begin to feel into and release any tension or trauma your body is holding onto. 
  • Compassionate Awareness: Develop the skill of listening to your body with kindness, allowing it to express and release what it needs.
  • Finding Safety in Your Body: You’ll learn how to create a sense of safety from within, which is crucial for your body to open up to conception.

By the end of this week, you’ll have started the process of releasing stored trauma and building a deeper connection with your body’s sense of safety.

In Week 3, we’ll dive into the present moment, exploring how your body is the subconscious mind. It holds onto meanings, thoughts, beliefs, and memories that may not be conscious but directly impact your biology and fertility.

  • The Body as the Subconscious: Discover how your body holds onto thoughts, beliefs, and stress in ways your mind might not be aware of, creating imbalance and affecting fertility.
  • Using Sensations as a Doorway: Tap into your body’s sensations to connect with your subconscious and release stress without digging into the past.
  • The Power of Thoughts & Meanings: Understand how the meanings you attach to events shape your identity and influence your physical body, and how to change those meanings.
  • Turning Triggers into Tools for Growth: Use everyday triggers—like your period or fertility setbacks—as chances for healing. By changing how you react, you can shift from stress to ease, make room for fun, and build peace with yourself and your partner.

By the end of this week, you’ll have the tools to transform your everyday triggers, communicate with your body, and bring more fun and ease into your life.

In Week 4, we’ll take time to reflect on the progress you’ve made, giving you space to see what’s resonating and what might need more focus before heading into the final week. Here’s what we’ll focus on:

  • Integration Call: We’ll review the first three weeks together, discussing what’s landing for you and exploring any areas where you need more support.
  • Live Breathwork Session with Hypnotic Healing: Experience a powerful live breathwork session combined with hypnotic healing, helping your body to deeply integrate the practices and “feel” instead of overthinking.

This week gives you the chance to recharge, reflect, and solidify what you’ve learned, ensuring you’re fully prepared for the final week of the program.

In Week 5, our final week, we’ll focus on strengthening your resilience and cultivating a long-term fertility-positive mindset. This is about looking ahead and integrating everything you’ve learned to support your fertility journey moving forward.

  • Resilience & Mindset for Fertility: Discover how to build resilience in both your mind and body, helping you maintain a fertility-positive mindset even when challenges arise. We’ll discuss techniques to stay grounded, calm, and focused on your goals.
  • The Power of Cellular Renewal: Understand the science behind how your body renews itself. It takes around 90 days for cells to regenerate, meaning the work you’ve done so far is laying the foundation for future fertility health. We’ll talk about how to continue nurturing this process over the coming months.
  • Going Forward: What’s Next?: We’ll discuss how to continue applying the practices you’ve learned, the importance of self-care, and how to maintain a healthy mindset going forward. You’ll leave with a clear plan for supporting your fertility wellbeing beyond this program.
  • Staying Connected: We’ll explore ways to stay connected to the community and your own practice, ensuring you have support as you continue your fertility journey.

By the end of this week, you’ll have the tools and mindset to move forward confidently, knowing that the changes you’ve made will continue to support your fertility in the long term.
